Shipping and Processing Time
Time: Orders are usually shipped 2-3 business days after full payment is received. Please allow 2-7 business days for custom orders and 7-14 days for commissions. In case a product will be delayed, we will be sure to let you know.
Packaging: All orders are neatly wrapped and shipped in appropriate packaging.
Pendants are packaged in plastic or organza bags and shipped in bubble envelopes. All prints come in protective clear sleeves so as not to be damaged, packaged with cardboard and shipped in stiff envelopes.
Shipping Carrier: Orders are generally shipped via USPS First Class. Multiple prints orders are sometimes shipped priority.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class
Lost packages: Sometimes packages do get lost. If you believe that a package got lost, please contact us ASAP and we will track the order to make sure it's not stuck somewhere. If it appears that is completely lost, we will send you a new package ASAP at no additional cost to you.
Damaged packages: If the order arrives damaged, let us know ASAP and we will replace that item with no additional cost to you.
Shipping Insurance: For irreplaceable items such as original art or custom orders, an extra shipping fee will be added for shipping insurance and will range anywhere between $2-$5.
If you would like a package delivered for a certain date, we can agree on the time the item will be shipped. However, we are not responsible for any delays that the shipping service might have that would cause a delay. We do everything we can to insure that your orders comes on time. But sometimes delays happen with the post office. It is up to you as a buyer to make sure to place your order well in advance so that you can receive your item on time.
If we sent your order on time and it still arrived past the estimated due date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Return and Refund Policy
If the item arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, we will replace the item with no cost to you.

You must return your item within 7 days after you received it. If you are returning something based on a more personal reason rather than a mistake made by the shop owner, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
For example, you received the exact item you ordered as a gift for someone but the recipient didn't like it and you want to return it. This would be an instance where you get store credit/exchange but responsible for the shipping costs.
>>In case of Order Cancellation<< Once you place your order and send your payment, you have 2 hours to cancel the order for a full refund. If you cancel an order after I have already shipped it, you must go through the refund process stated above.
